Course Waiting Lists

We used to keep waiting lists for courses and when we had availability we would have emailed out to the list to fill the places. What we found was that despite a list of 15 people, when we emailed out to the list we only got one maybe two responses.

So for some of our courses we have introduced a deposit to join the waiting list; we have had to do this to ensure those joining the list do not hold spaces on a "wish" but actually do want to complete the course and qualification.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

To ensure your place is kept we require deposits for some courses, in the past our waiting lists filled with names and when. This is specified on the page.

Is my deposit refundable?

Yes, your deposit is fully refundable up until course dates are agreed with the group. After dates have been agreed, any balance of course fees become payable, and our standard terms apply

How do I pay the deposit?

You will receive a payment link from the system that needs to be completed within 24 hours to keep your place. First come first served.

What dates are the course?

Dates are agreed with the group over a video call that suits everyone, here we can agree the dates that suit everyone - rather then us set dates. This ensures that dates suit everyone.


How long is the course?

Course content and duration should be detailed on the course page, if it's not clear - reach out and contact us for information.


When will I get my certificate?

Providing all criteria have been met, we will stay in contact with you regularly to keep you updated. Timelines for certification varies, if you require it for a job we can provide you with a letter of completion whilst awaiting your certificate
