Course Waiting Lists
Courses need to be viable to run, what this means is that we can only run courses where there is enough people interested in attending. In the past we found that scheduling courses and setting dates didn't work, and we also found that just taking names didn't work either.
Frequently Asked Questions?
Previously we kept lists of people interested in the next course, and when we had enough names, we would have emailed the list to set up training dates and times - we would maybe get one reply if we were lucky.
Before the course dates are agreed, you get your money back, simple, no questions asked.
When the course becomes viable, and you agree to the course dates, you then are considered to have booked onto that course, and then become subject to the normal course terms and conditions.
A course is viable when there is enough people to justify running the course, this could be around 4-5 people on FREC Courses where trainer ratios are 1:6 learners, or 6-8 people on First Aid courses where trainer ratio's are 1:12 learners.
When you pay a deposit, you are showing commitment to attending the course when it becomes viable, you also get a say in what dates suit (or do not suit you) for training.
When there is enough people to run the course, you will be invited to a group, or online call to quickly chat with your trainer, agree dates, and have any questions or concerns answered.
After all the dates are agreed with the group who paid a deposit, the course will be published with confirmed dates, and your booking will be transferred to that training event.
