Food safety combines a number of practices to reduce health hazards. These include premises hygiene, personal hygiene, risk control, pest control and waste management. This level 1 course is about minimising the level of potential hazards in a food retail, manufacturing or catering settings.
This course is assessed wholly online, with interactive tutor lead questions. Questions are multiple choice and learners are required to achieve a pass mark of 70% before being allowed to proceed to the next module.
Learners are permitted three attempts at passing a module, before being considered for referral. Don’t worry! the video training material can be reviewed as many times as you like before taking the multiple choice questions.
Your certificate will be available to print after successful completion of all modules.
